TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT
Shaw's River Ranch
We are offering interested and qualified buyers the opportunity to spend the day or multiple days exploring and enjoying life at Shaw's River Ranch. If you have an RV, Camper, sprinter van, or want to pitch a tent, you are welcome to come for 1 or 2 days and stay on any available lot. Alternatively, you can reserve our 1 bedroom suite at the lodge or reserve one of our river front glamping tents. If you do not want to stay the night, you are welcome to just come for a walking tour and perhaps enjoy a cold beverage at the Tavern on The Ranch or the Little River Patio Bar.
Furthermore, anyone who goes under contract to purchase a lot and then goes under contract to have River Ranch Custom Homes (Preferred Builder) build their new home within 2 years of the closing date on the lot, will receive up to a $50,000 credit toward customizing their new home. This could cover the entire cost of the kitchen in your new home.
