1 Bedroom Lodge Suite - $500 ($200 for each additional night) + $75 cleaning fee

1 Bedroom Riverside Chalet - $700 ($300 for each additional night) + $100 cleaning fee

3 Bedroom/3 Bath Cliffside Home - $1,000 ($450 for each additional night) + $150 cleaning fee

Complimentary Dining Experience at Tavern on The Ranch for 2 – Discovery Package guests will enjoy a custom tailored fine dining meal with premium beverages with the other available owners in the community.
The cost of the Lodging and the Discovery Package will be refunded if you decide to purchase one of the few remaining lots/homes at the ranch.
