The 1 Bedroom Riverside Chalet - This 2025 constructed chalet features 1 bedroom, 1- bathroom, full kitchen, living room and eating area. The 641 square foot unit has 12-foot ceilings and offers incredible mountain and meadow views, complimented with the soothing sounds of both the South Arkansas River and adjacent Green Creek year-round. There are TV's in both the bedroom and living area as well as a deck with 2 chairs, gas firepit and BBQ grill. The chalet is approximately 150 feet below the main lodge building which features an inside and outside bar, gas firepits, music stage, pub games, large wood burning firepit and 6 TV's. Those who elect the Discovery Package add on will have access to use the lodge along with all other community amenities. All TV's throughout have YouTube TV with HBO, Max, NFL Sunday Ticket as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime and Paramount +.
